I can thoroughly recommend Home Maintenance Adelaide who recently completed a roofing job on our house. Tyson arrived promptly to inspect the job and prepared a quote. His tradesmen Jack and Josh arrived at the scheduled time and date, and were very professional in their approach to the task. They were clean, tidy, polite and a pleasure to have on our property. The task was completed ahead of schedule, and I cannot recommend them, and the business highly enough.

I have never written an email/letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provided by yourself plus Tyson and Kevin Caire (assessors) during our Insurance claim that I felt compelled to go on record to thank you all.

We are Insured with St George and after I contacted them about burst hot water service damage in our Robe holiday home, I was referred directly to you at Mk3 Building Consultants (Sydney).

As discussed during our initial conversation that afternoon I was not only concerned about the water damage but also missing an important doctor’s appointment (and family wedding) later that week in Adelaide.

Given that Robe is located approximately 350 kilometres from Adelaide I was also concerned about the logistics of the repairs and replacement of the damaged items prior to the Easter weekend.

I didn’t think the works would be completed on time, but after our initial discussion you rang back to inform me Tyson had a job in Mount Gambier and was diverted to our property the next day.

As a result of MK3’s prompt action ( I made my appointment) plus the carpet, door and kickboard were replaced last week and we are advised payment is being made into our account to replace the curtains and small coffee table.

What impressed me was the number of follow up phone calls made to me by yourself, Tyson and Frank which was much appreciated.

In closing, I believe you and your team deserve to be congratulated for providing customer service and support well beyond our expectations.

Given our experience with you all during this process we have no hesitation in recommending both Mk3 Building Consultants and St. George Insurance to family, friends and work associates.
